Easy Hummus

Groceries:
- 1 15.5oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed thoroughly and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ⅛-¼ cup ice cold water
Instructions:
In a blender, add all of the ingredients except the ice water. Blend on a medium high speed and slowly add the ice water until desired consistency is attained. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of smoked paprika.
